What we do
We staff agents with fortune 500 companies. Some of the industries include insurance, retail, travel, hospitality, healthcare, utilities, and e-commerce.
After registration, you will next take a skill assessment. After you have completed the assessment, and pass, you will then have access to all clients. Once you select the client you would like to move forward with you will complete a background check, along with their Certified Customer Support Professional program.
We strive to create a simple and hassle free experience for our agents during the onboarding process. We do not require any type of interview nor do we require a resume. You will just need to complete our application to gain access to our New Agent Orientation. During orientation you will gain knowledge pertaining to our remote opportunities and registering for your portal access.
Once you are a Certified Customer Support Professional you can begin selecting the hours that best suits you and begin acquiring income!
